FOR PREPARATION <br />OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (MAJOR SUBDIVISION <br />AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF 3733 JEFFERSON AVENUE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of an Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />(Major Subdivision and <br /> <br />Residential Development of 3733 Jefferson Avenue)" (form dated <br /> <br />6/06/90), by and between the City of Redwood City and Alta <br /> <br />California, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
