Adopt the Resolution Approving an Addendum to the General Plan Environmental Impact Report; <br />2. Introduce an Ordinance establishing the Mixed Use Waterfront Zoning District to the Redwood <br />City Zoning Ordinance; <br />3. Adopt the Resolution Certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report and Adopting Findings of <br />Fact and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; <br />4. Introduce an Ordinance amending the Zoning Map to rezone the site Mixed Use Waterfront; <br />5. Introduce an Ordinance Approving a Development Agreement; <br />6. Adopt the Resolution Approving the Project Permits, including the Planned Development Permit <br />(PD2014-03) and Condominium Permit; the Tentative Map (TM2014-12); the Architectural Permit, <br />and the Sign Permit (SP2014-34). <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ESTABLISHING THE MIXED-USE WATERFRONT DISTRICT UNDER ARTICLE <br />57, AND MAKING REVISIONS TO ARTICLES 2 (DEFINITIONS), 3 (DESIGNATION OF DISTRICTS), AND 30 <br />(OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING) <br />Staff's recommendation is based on the findings listed in the proposed ordinances and resolutions <br />and subject to the conditions of approval listed therein. <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve the recommendations listed above <br />Motion carried unanimously\by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
