<br />CES:Mgl 05/31/90 <br /> <br />(071/27) <br /> <br />U-\ <br />, . <br /> <br />t" l'" ''\ L <br />11 i rU\ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 11 31 2 <br /> <br />JUN 1 1 1~SO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AGREEMENT FOR CHESTNUT <br />HILTON CONDOMINIUMS, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER <br />TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein) <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Chestnut <br /> <br />Hilton <br /> <br />Condominium, A Condominium Subidvision", in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, consulting engineers, for <br /> <br />Thomas M. and Louise V. Curran, 1060 Whipple Avenue, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California, the owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br />the Improvement of Chestnut Hilton Condominiums Subdivision" <br />(form dated 05/31/90) wherein Owner, in consideration for <br />the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct <br />and complete in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of Owner under the provisions of <br />Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br />
