VII. TERMINATION <br />This MOU and any amendments thereof shall remain in effect until superseded by a later <br />MOU or terminated by either party by a written notice thirty (30) days prior to the effective <br />termination date. If this agreement is terminated before the activities described in the Project <br />Description are complete, the CITY must continue to spend any money it received from LASSMC <br />under this MOU on fulfilling the goals described in Section III or return any unused funds.
