<br />JUN 1 1 19W <br /> <br />CES:mgl O~/06/90 (064/27) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 2.11 31 0 C:~ili:~~AL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF A MASTER PLAN AND <br />SCHEMATIC DESIGN FOR CITY CENTRE AREA PARKING STRUCTURE <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND HALL, GOODHUE, <br />HAISLEY AND BARKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires certain design services in connection <br /> <br />with the preparation of a Master Plan and Schematic Design for <br /> <br />the City Centre Area Parking Structure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hall, Goodhue, Haisley and Barker, represents that <br /> <br />it is qualified to furnish such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Hall, Goodhue, Haisley and Barker, and this Council desires to <br /> <br />approve and authorize its execution for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Tha t certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Hall, Goodhue, Haisley and Barker, of San Francisco, <br /> <br />California, entitled "Agreement - for Preparation of a Master <br /> <br />Plan and Schematic Design for City Centre Area Parking <br />Structure" (form dated 06/06/90), a copy of which is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
