"'."^L <br />Uidjn~H <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />1130~ <br /> <br />JUN 1 1 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FIRST <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />FOR PROPOSED NEW POLICE FACILITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"First Amendment to <br /> <br />Agreement for Architectural Services <br /> <br />Proposed New Police <br /> <br />Facility (form dated 06/07/90) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and H. <br /> <br />Wendell Mounce, A.I.A. & Associates, amending certain provisions <br /> <br />of that certain agreement dated December 7, 1989, by and between <br /> <br />H. Wendell Mounce, A.LA & Associates and the City, a copy of <br /> <br />which First Amendment to Agreement is attached hereto, marked <br /> <br />Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said First Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11309 <br />
