<br />CES:sh 06/01/90 (065/27) <br /> <br />r~ ~"': ~(" ~ T\~ l' I <br />lh\h:n :'H\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11 307 <br /> <br />JUN 1 1 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND BRIAN <br />KANGAS FOULK FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />RELATING TO REASSESSMENT OF SEAPORT CENTRE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City intends to reassess the Seaport Centre <br /> <br />Assessment District, an Eighty-One (81) acre Assessment District <br /> <br />located East of Seaport Centre Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Brian Kangas Foulk, of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, for certain services, including, but <br /> <br />not limited to reassessment services relating to said Assessment <br /> <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it is <br /> <br />uniquely qualified and experienced to perform those services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Brian Kangas Foulk, of Redwood City, California, entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />For Reassessment of Seaport Centre Assessment <br /> <br />District - 1990" (form dated 06/01/90), a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
