These are: <br /> 1. The refusal to allow Elected Officiafs to serve on the SBWMA <br /> Commission, a body which establishes public policy, is unacceptable <br /> to the District <br /> 2. The proposed hiring of �public employees and creation of a public <br /> agency by other public �employees is unacceptable, and <br /> 3.
