Consideration of Initiation of a Precise Plan for 439 Fuller Street ("Le Coeur <br /> de la Ville," formerly Tuscan Tower) <br /> Planning Manager Church gave the background on the topic stating that <br /> should Council choose to initiate the site specific Precise Plan, the plan will <br /> come back to Council for review and final adoption. <br /> Council asked various questions related to the process and timelines <br /> involved. <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Peggy Bruggmann stated she had spoken at the Planning Commission meeting <br /> and is concerned with the process of the project being considered prior to the <br /> Downtown Precise Plan being adopted.
