Each AQencp has the indi�ridual po�;rer to plan, acquire, constnict, manage, regulate, <br /> opera[e, �nd contcol the development, construction flnd operation of workforce and affordable <br /> housing progt•ams Denerated u�itliin its jurisdictiona] U�undaries, as �veil as to create and issue <br /> development a�•eeinents for such acti��ities. <br /> G Tk�e Member Agencies �nd it ih their mutual economic in[erest ro address work force <br /> and affordable housing issues on a reQion�l le�jel. <br /> D. A county-wide adequate supply of housing «�ill provide social and economic benefits <br /> to residents a�id taxpa}�ers of the Member Aeencies. <br /> E. The AZembel• A�encies desire to act in the• �uUIic interest to reduce. the need for each <br /> a�ency to act indi��idually, <br /> F. CaliFornia Government Code ' 6500 et sec�.
