Cal." filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on May 10, 1916, in Book 10 of maps at pages 4 through 11 inclusive, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northerly corner of that certain parcel of land described in the deed recorded in San Mateo County Recorder's File No. 2005-096787, Thence from said Point of Beginning, southeasterly aloi�g the northeasterly line of said parcel and its southeasterly prolongation 235 feet more or less to a point in the southerly line of Hillcrest Drive (40 feet in width) as shown on said map said point also being a point in the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 55668 passed and adopted on December 3, 1991; Thence southwesterly along said line and district boundaries 41 feet more or less to an angle point in said District; Thence leaving said District and continuing southwesterly along said southerly line of Hillcrest Drive, 60 feet more or less to an angle point in said District as established by Resolution No. 62197 passed and adopted August 18, 1998; Thence leaving said District boundary northeasterly in a direct line across Hillcrest Drive 46 feet inore or less to the , southerly corner of said parcel; Thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said parcel 195.55 feet to the westerly corner thereof; Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of said parce177 feet to the Point of Beginning Containing .42 acres more or less.
