Contract Documnetation <br /> <br />Dear Claudia: <br /> <br />Thank you for inviting us to submit this proposal for the next phase of work on our project. As I <br />mentioned, the quantity of drawings, detailing and coordination with your various City departments has <br />increased due to the addition of the drainage requirements. Thus our fees have increased from your <br />original anticipated number. I believe everything is clearly outlined in our scope, but if you have any <br />questions, please call me directly. <br /> <br />KEY PERSONNEL <br /> <br />Principal: Ron Benoit, ASLA, as principal in charge, will be the lead designer for all pedestrian <br />hardscape and fine grading for the project and make presentations to the various City agencies. He will <br />be responsible for coordinating the production of drawings and authoring specifications. He will insure <br />that deadlines are met and submittal packages are handed off to the team in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Project Landscape Architect: Julianne Frizzell, ASLA, will be the job captain and team contact person <br />in our office. She will be responsible for AutoCadd documentation and irrigation design for the project. <br />Cad Drafter: Melanie Van Galder, Associate, will assist in project documentation. <br /> <br />ì SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Construction Documents (CD) <br />Upon approval of Design phase by ARC and the Planning Department, we will begin the CD phase. <br />The documents will be prepared in Autocad using a sheet format acceptable to the City. The total <br />sheet number depends on scale and sheet size, but we anticipate 10 sheets total at 80" size. <br />
