Cost of copies of drawings, specifications, reports, etc. <br />2. Long distance telephone, messenger services, postage and shipping . <br />3. Plotting of AutoCadd generated documentation (final vellum originals). <br />4. Costs of models, special perspective renderings, photography. <br />5. Any items of a special nature requested by the client. <br /> <br />ADDITlONA~QUlRED ITEMS. EXèLuslONS TO SERVICES <br /> <br />A: ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Services requested by the client not specifk;ally noted in this proposal will be charged on a T&M <br />basis at the cunent hourly rates quoted on the enclosed 2005 rate sheet This includes revisions <br />to plans after submittal caused by changes to the design beyond our control. <br /> <br />B. REQUIRED ITEMS (to be orovided by the City) <br /> <br />1. All standard City details for curbs, valley gutters, paving, etc., and specifications needed for <br />the project in electronic format (dwg files). <br />2. Engineering support by City staff to complete civil and electrical design as noted below. <br /> <br />C. EXCLUSIONS TO SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Topographic sulVeys including actual ground plane location of tree trunks. <br />2. Soils engineering information related to foundation design of site elements including paving <br />base depth. <br />3. Location of existing utIlities including Point of Connection for irrigation system. <br />4. Bectrical Engineering related to site lighting including conduit routing, conductor sizing and <br />footing requirements for light poles and bases. <br />5. Civil Engineering related to subsurface drainage including pipe sizing and stonn water <br />calculations. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to join the team on this project.
