As you know, we did the design and documentation with your office and are very familiar with <br />the project and existing site conditions. <br /> <br />Construction Observation: <br /> <br />1) We will provide site inspections to assure the work is being installed as designed and review <br />progress of the work. A brief field report will be issued after each visit. A total of 6 site visits are <br />anticipated for this project. <br /> <br />2) We will review contractor submittals, samples and shop drawings to verify compliance with <br />specifications and design intent. <br /> <br />3) We will respond to RFI requests and make minor document changes and adjust plans to clarify <br />design. <br /> <br />4) We will provide Record Drawings of the site plan to conform to as-built conditions at completion <br />of project in electronic PDF format. Contractors are responsible for providing accurate clean <br />copies the plan with all updated field changes "red lined" for our use. <br /> <br />FEES <br />It is assumed our hourly rates will be charged on a T & M basis. Meeting numbers are as noted. <br /> <br />Principal (RB) 24 hrs @ $150 <br />Senior LA (JF) 16 hrs @ $95 <br />Cad Drafter 22 hrs @ $75 <br />Reimbursable costs: <br /> <br />$3600 <br />$1520 <br />$1650 <br />$230 <br /> <br />TOTAL FEE <br /> <br />$7,000 <br />
