12/05/2005 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14678 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR REDWOOD CREEK PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the area known as Docktown has been used as a marina and been <br />operated by Frederick W. Earnhardt, Jr., dba Docktown Marina, pursuant to a <br />Revocable Permit by and between the City of Redwood City ( "City") and Wells Fargo <br />Bank and adopted by the City on September 26, 1983; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to enter into a new Revocable <br />Permit with Fred Earnhardt, Jr., dba Docktown Marina; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Revocable Permit, Fred Earnhardt Jr. dba Docktown <br />Marina will operate the marina known as the Docktown Marina. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Due notice having been provided to Frederick W. Earnhardt, Jr., dba <br />Docktown Marina, the Revocable Permit adopted September 26, 1983, and any and all <br />subsequent Revocable Permits, if any, for the use and occupancy of the area known as <br />the "Docktown Marina" are hereby revoked; and <br />2. That certain agreement entitled, "Revocable Permit for Redwood Creek <br />Property" by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California and Frederick W. Earnhardt, Jr. dba Docktown Marina for the use <br />and occupancy of the Docktown Marina, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />Atty /Reso.1578 1 14678 <br />113005 Muff # 604 <br />
