Project is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be <br />the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br />2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, by and <br />through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port of Redwood City") and Bay Area <br />Systems & Solutions, Inc. dba BASS Electric of South San Francisco, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the Port Executive Director and the Port Executive Secretary are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the Port of Redwood City. <br />3. Any and all informalities or irregularities in the aforementioned bid of <br />Bay Area Systems & Solutions, Inc. dba BASS Electric of South San Francisco <br />are hereby waived. <br />4.
