Mitigation HYD -4: Implement Mitigation Measure HYD -2. <br />Finding: Implementation of Mitigation Measure HYD -2 would reduce project -related <br />impacts to existing drainage patterns which could contribute to flooding on- and off-site to a <br />less -than -significant level. <br />Facts in Support of Finding: Mitigation Measure HYD -2 measure appropriately <br />identifies the need for hydraulic evaluations for improvements within 100 -year flood zones, <br />as well as modifications consistent with best management practices to reduce potential on - <br />and off-site flooding impacts. <br />Impact HYD -5: The construction and operation of improvements associated with <br />the proposed project and the project variant within 100 -year flood zones could potentially <br />impede or redirect flood flows. <br />Mitigation HYD -5: Implement Mitigation Measures HYD -2 and HYD -3. <br />Finding: Implementation of Mitigation Measures HYD -2 and HYD -3 would reduce <br />project -related impacts to flood flows within 100 -year flood zones to a less -than -significant <br />level. <br />Facts in Support of Findina: Mitigation Measures HYD -2 and HYD -3 appropriately <br />identify the need for hydraulic evaluations and a Construction Period Stormwater Drainage <br />Control Plan consistent with best management practices to reduce potential on- and off-site <br />flooding impacts. <br />ATTY/RESO.0035/CC RESO CERTIFYING FINAL EIR— 1548 MAPLE RESO.
