EXHIBIT "A" <br />BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION <br />REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of lands described as <br />Parcel "B" in the deed from Harbor Development Corporation to <br />Leslie Salt Co., recorded May 27, 1949 in Book 1669 of Official <br />Records of San Mateo County at page 109, said point being a point <br />in the centerline of Steinberger Slough, on the westerly boundary <br />line of the parcel conveyed by California Pacific.Title Insurance <br />Company to Leslie Salt Co., by deed recorded April 7, 1945 in Vol- <br />ume 1170 of Official Records of San Mateo County, at page 158, and <br />said point also being an angle point in the Corporate Limits of the <br />City of Redwood City; thence leaving said centerline of Steinberger <br />Slough, along said Corporate Limits line and along the boundary of <br />said Parcel "B", N 40057,43"*W 2934.95 feet to an angle point <br />therein, from which a concrete monument with brass cap inscribed <br />"WHB-60" bears N 76°33148" E 64.87 feet; thence continuing <br />S 43019'38" W 3198.20 feet to an angle point in said Corporate <br />Limits line; thence leaving said boundary of Parcel "B" along <br />said Corporate Limits line N 40°57'43" W 75.38.feet to the easterly <br />corner of the 8.6945 acre parcel of land described as PARCEL TWO <br />in the deed from Leslie Salt Co. to David D. Bohannon Organization, <br />recorded February 5, 1953 in Volume 2364 of Official Records of <br />San Mateo County at page 423, said easterly corner being distant <br />S 54045'34" W 211.94 feet from a concrete monument with brass cap <br />inscribed "WHB-6311; thence continuing along said Corporate Limits <br />line, along the northeasterly line of said 8.6945 acre parcel, <br />N 40°57'43" W 929.37 feet to the northerly corner of said parcel; <br />thence leaving said parcel along said Corporate Limits line, <br />N 40°57'43" W 111.78 feet to the easterly corner of the 3.912 <br />acre parcel of land conveyed by Leslie Salt Co. to Peninsula <br />Sportsman's Club by deed recorded August 15, 1952 in Volume <br />2281 of Official Records of San Mateo County at page 382; thence <br />continuing along said Corporate Limits line, along a portion of <br />the northeasterly line of said 3.912 acre parcel, N 40°57'43" W <br />391.20 feet to the most easterly corner of the 8.133 acre parcel <br />of land conveyed by Leslie Salt Co. to Peninsula Title Guaranty <br />Company, by Deed recorded March 3, 1953 in Volume 2376 of Official <br />Records of San Mateo County at page 289; thence along said Corporate <br />Limits line, and along the northeasterly line of said 8.138 acre <br />parcel, N 15'11'13" W 585.96 feet, and N 3326143'.'
