MEASURE (B): Shall Redwood City General <br />(Streets, and Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />R1 hways incur a general obligation <br />Pr� ect) bonded indebtedness in the <br />principal amount of $63,44%000 <br />for the acquisition, construction, improvement, <br />maintenance and operation of the following district YES <br />project, to wit: Streets and Highways Project <br />comprising construction of (a) local expressway <br />works, including base and pavement, curbs, gutters, <br />sidewalks, survey monuments and off-street parking <br />facilities; (b) land service road works, including <br />base and pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and <br />survey monuments; (c) bridges and culvert works; <br />(d) interchange and intersection works and traffic <br />signal and control systems for local expressway <br />intersections at grade; (e) street lighting works; <br />(f) landscaping works along expressway system; NO <br />g lands, rights-of-way and easements for any or <br />all of said works; and (h) other works, property <br />or structures necessary or convenient for said <br />project? <br />MEASURE (C): Shall Redwood City General <br />(Sewerag Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />Project) incur a general obligation <br />bonded indebtedness in the <br />principal amount of $21,226,000 for the acquisi- <br />tion, construction, improvement, maintenance and YES <br />operation of the following district project, to wit: <br />Sewerage Project comprising (a) treatment plant <br />works, including sewage treatment plant or plants <br />and appurtenant facilities; (b) bay outfall works, <br />including outfall sewer main or mains from treatment <br />plant or plants to deep water channel in San <br />Francisco Bay; (c) trunk and transmission works, <br />including trunk sewer system and appurtenances <br />and transmission mains and appurtenances; (d) pump- <br />ing and control works, including sewage lift and <br />pumping stations and appurtenances; and control, <br />recording or metering systems; (e) collection NO <br />system works, including street mains, manholes, <br />cleanouts, laterals to property lines and appurte- <br />nant facilities; (f) lands, rights-of-way and ease- <br />ments for any or all of said works; and (g) other <br />works, property or structures necessary or con- <br />venient for said project? <br />5 <br />
