purpose what portion would be so benefited; and whether the <br />tax base for the bonds for each of said projects should be <br />land only, real property or all taxable property; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was thereafter duly <br />given by the City Clerk by causing a copy of said resolution <br />to be published, posted and mailed in the manner provided by <br />Chapter 4 of the Redwood City General Improvement District <br />Ordinance (being Ordinance No. 1125 adopted March 9, 19640 <br />hereinafter called the "Ordinance"); said publication, posting <br />and mailing having been duly made as more fully appears from <br />the affidavit of publication and affidavit of posting and <br />mailing presented to the Council and on file with the City <br />Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution of Public <br />Interest and Convenience said hearing has been held at the <br />time and place aforesaid and the Council has proceeded with <br />said hearing and has,authorized and permitted any person <br />interested, including all persons owning property within the <br />District, to appear and present any matters material to said <br />questions, andhas afforded due notice and opportunity to be <br />heard to all such persons; and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing has been duly and regularly <br />held and full opportunity to be heard has been afforded to any <br />person interested and no person has presented any objection to <br />the accomplishment of the purpose aforesaid, except <br />N <br />
