I <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them <br />is, true and correct and the Council so finds and determines. <br />2. The Resolution of Public Interest and Conven- <br />ience has been duly and regularly published, posted and <br />mailed for the time and in the manner provided by the Ordin- <br />ance,and due notice has been given to all persons interested <br />in the questions stated in the Resolution of Public Interest <br />and Convenience, including all persons owning property in the <br />District. <br />3. A hearing on the questions stated in the Reso- <br />lution of Public Interest and Convenience has been duly and <br />regularly and fairly held at the time and place therein pre- <br />scribed and in all respects as required by the Ordinance and <br />by law. <br />4. It is necessary for the District to incur <br />bonded debts in the respective aggregate principal amounts <br />and for the respective objects and purposes of the five projects <br />set forth in the following bond measures: <br />3 <br />
