5. The whole of the District will be benefited by <br />each of said projects described in said bond measures and in <br />the Resolution of Public Interest and Convenience and,by the <br />incurring of each of said bonded debts in the respective <br />amounts referred to in said measures and in the Resolution of <br />Public Interest and Convenience, and the Council so finds and <br />determines. The proceedings hereafter for the purpose of the <br />election for the issuance of the five issues of bonds to <br />evidence said five bonded debts and for the purpose of taxation <br />for the payment of said five issues of bonds and interest <br />shall not be limited to any particular portion of the District, <br />but the same shall apply and inure to the benefit of the whole <br />of the District, and the whole of the District will be benefited <br />thereby. <br />6. The tax base for the bonds for the project des- <br />cribed in said Measure (A) (Reclamation and Drainage Project), <br />shall be land only, and the term "land" shall mean real property <br />in the District (exclusive of improvements and personal prop- <br />erty), as provided in Section 214 of the Ordinance. The tax <br />base for the bonds for each of the projects described in said <br />Measure (B) (Streets and Highways Project), Measure (0) (Sewer- <br />age Project), Measure D (Water Project) and Measure (E) (Parks <br />and Recreation Project) shall be real property, and the term <br />"real property" shall mean land and improvements in the Dis- <br />trict (exclusive of personal property), as provided in <br />Section 220 of the Ordinance. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25talay of Ma$ , 1964, <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bury, Granger, Herkner, Petersen, Royer, <br />Weymouth, and Mayor Rosselli <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />7 <br />
