ORIGINAL', # <br />SWC:mf 3/9/82 <br />SWC:mf 3/23/82R <br />SWC:mf 4/12/82R <br />SWC:mf 4/27/628 <br />SWC:mf 5/17/82R <br />I <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />GID 1-64 <br />This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 16th day of June <br />1982, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />m icipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), for <br />J, <br />itseai and for and on behalf of REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64 ("District"); and REDWOOD SHORES, INC., a <br />California corporation ("Redwood Shores"): <br />W I T N E S S E T 1: <br />WHEREAS, Redwood Shores owns certain real property, hereinafter <br />described, located within City and District which it proposes td, <br />devr,lop; and <br />WHEREAS, City and District require that terrain hereinafter <br />described public facilities be ccnstructed it conjunction with the <br />future development of the aforementioned priperty owned by Redwood <br />Shores; and <br />WiIEREAS, District is empowered j administer f-,nancing and <br />construction of public improvements for the benefit of the lands <br />J <br />within District'; boundaries; and <br /> F <br />WHEREAS, the parties have agreed that funUng for the above <br />mentioned District public facilities will be dLCOMplished by the <br />imposition of charges based upon applications for building permits <br />within the hereinafter described real pronorty within District; ad <br />444FFF <br />WFEREAS, Redwood Shores desires that District will have <br />sufficient funds at such times herein so that construction of the <br />
