T <br />given quarter shall be subject to the procedures established for <br />amendments in accordance with paragraph 14. F <br />9. Land Use; Density; Public Dedications; Annual Review. (a) <br />The permitted uses for the property described in "Exhibit All <br />including the density or intensity of such uses and proposed <br />dedxcat::ons of such land for public use, are those described on the <br />cwo (2) Map;; i.abeled "Exhibit C," attached hereto and incorpuratedl /' <br />r� <br />herein by reference. The proposed land use set forth in "Exhibit C" <br />is consistent with the City's General Plan. j1 <br />(b) The density or intensity of the propo^ed land uses set <br />forth in "Exhibit C" are consistent with City's Zoning Ordinance. iT <br />The Zoning Ordinance will control the permitted maximum height and, <br />size of buildings for all proposed uses. <br />(c) The areas proposed to be set aside for public use descrIjed <br />as "Public Dedications" in "Exhibit IV' are consistent with the 7 <br />General Plan and Zoning Ordinance. <br />(d) Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section <br />65865.1, the parties hereto shall, on an annual basis, at one of the <br />regularly scheduled quarterly review meetings, review the good fait <br />compliance of Redwood Shores to this agreement, with respect to its <br />proposed developments. If as a result of such review City k <br />determines, on thr basis of substantial evicence, that Redwood <br />Shores or its successors in interest to the land, have not complief <br />in good faith with terms and conditions hereof, City may terminate <br />the agreement, subluct to the provisions of paragraph 11. <br />10. Other Obligations. It is expressly u'.erstood and agreed <br />by the parties hereto that the provisions of this agreement and the <br />f <br />obligations to be incurred by Redwood Shores or its successors, are <br />separate and independent obligations, and have no effect whatsoeve <br />11 <br />T <br />M <br />
