I <br />i <br />R <br />w <br />"Exhibit A," which booklet is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. The legal description of the herein designated <br />property is set forth in "Exhibit B," attached hereto and I <br />incorporated herein by reference. Such lands are hereinafter <br />referred to ds "Redwood Shores Property." <br />3. The Proposed Public Facilities. The proposedl public <br />improvements ("Facilities") which may be constructed pursuant to <br />this agreement include, but are not limited to, water systems, <br />roadways, bridges, sanitary sewers, road fill and improvement of •- <br />parks, as are determined by the District to be of District lide ` <br />benefit. Those Facilities which have already been mutuu!.ly agreed as <br />currently necessary for the proposed development of the Redwood <br />Shores Property are more particularly listed and described in <br />"Exhibit A," including a proposed schedule of their construction, <br />which list or schedule may be changed as necessary by further mutual <br />agreement of the oarties at the quarterly review meetings at provided <br />in paragraph B(b) hereof. <br />4. RLlationship of Faril+ties Construction to Development. (a) <br />The parties agree that :hc crst to construct the Facilities shall <br />be borne by the owner. o: the devrloping properties, for the benefit <br />i <br />of which the Facilities will oe constructed, which obligation sha.i <br />arise as set forth in ,aragraph 6.
