The legal description of the herein designated property is set forth in "Exhibit B," attached hereto and I incorporated herein by reference. Such lands are hereinafter referred to ds "Redwood Shores Property." 3. The Proposed Public Facilities. The proposedl public improvements ("Facilities") which may be constructed pursuant to this agreement include, but are not limited to, water systems, roadways, bridges, sanitary sewers, road fill and improvement of •- parks, as are determined by the District to be of District lide ` benefit. Those Facilities which have already been mutuu!.ly agreed as currently necessary for the proposed development of the Redwood Shores Property are more particularly listed and described in "Exhibit A," including a proposed schedule of their construction, which list or schedule may be changed as necessary by further mutual agreement of the oarties at the quarterly review meetings at provided in paragraph B(b) hereof. 4. RLlationship of Faril+ties Construction to Development.
