1. All of said acquisitions, work and improvements are to be <br />constructed at the places, in the manner, of the sizes, of the <br />materials, and to the lines, grades and elevations as shown on the <br />plans, profiles and specifications made therefor, and on file in <br />the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, and the same <br />are made a part hereof by reference thereto. <br />2. Whenever any public way is referred to as running between <br />two public ways, or from or to any public way, the intersections of <br />the public ways referred to are included to the extent that work <br />shall be done therein pursuant to the plans and specifications here- <br />in referred to. <br />3• Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the official <br />grades for said work, the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and <br />specifications. <br />4. The total estimated cost of said improvements and acquisi- <br />tions is the sum of $246,582.18. <br />5. Said contemplated acquisitions, work and improvements, in <br />the opinion of said City Council, are of more than local or ordinary <br />public benefit and said Council does hereby make the cost and ex- <br />penses of doing such acquisitions, work and improvements chargeable <br />upon a district, which district said Council declares to be the dis- <br />trict benefited by said work and improvements and to be assessed to <br />pay the cost and expense thereof. Said District is wholly within <br />the limits of said City of Redwood City, State of California, and <br />the exterior boundaries of said District are described as follows: <br />-2- <br />
