Said bonds shall be payable to bearer and <br />shall contain a provision for a five per cent (5%) prepayment <br />premium. <br />8. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of said Council <br />determining to make said improvements without compliance with the <br />Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest <br />Act of 1931, being Resolution No. / on file in the office <br />of the Clerk of said City. <br />9. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the fact that in many cases said <br />work and improvements will bring the finished surface of the pro- <br />posed streets to a grade different from the surfaces of such streets <br />as they now exist, and that to said extent said grades are hereby <br />changed, and that said work will be done to said changed grades. <br />10. Except as herein and otherwise provided for the issuance <br />of bonds, all of said proceedings will be had pursuant to the Muni- <br />cipal Improvement Act of 1913, as amended, and Ordinance No. 515 <br />of said City, as amended. <br />11. Said proposed improvements are hereby.referred.to the <br />City Engineer of the City of Redwood City as the officer having <br />i <br />charge and control of the construction of public improvements in I <br />said City, of the kind described herein, and said Engineer, being i <br />a competent person employed for that purpose, is hereby directed <br />to make and file with the Clerk of Redwood City a report in <br />writing presenting the following: <br />(a) Maps and description showing the general route <br />and termini of rights and easements to be acquired, <br />(b) Plans and specifications of the proposed improve- <br />. j <br />ments to be made pursuant to this resolution of intention. <br />(c) Engineer's statement of the itemized and'total <br />9 <br />-5- <br />
