R E S O L U T I O N N 0. <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF COPIES <br />OF ZONING ORDINANCE AND ADAMSON REPORT <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable that the recently adopted Redwood <br />City .Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 1130, and the recently pre- <br />pared report on drainage, water and sewers, be disseminated to <br />the public as rapidly and as cheaply as possible; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Director has provided for the printing <br />of copies of Ordinance No. 1130 at the approximate cost of Two <br />Dollar ($2.00), each; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has caused the preparation of 50 <br />copies of the water and drainage report at an approximate printing <br />cost of Twenty Dollars ($20,00), each; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to sell copies of <br />Ordinance No. 1130 in accordance with the following schedule: <br />a. Public Agencies . . . . . . No Charge <br />b. All other persons . . . . . $2.00 <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to sell copies of <br />that certain report prepared by Paul Adamson, entitled "A Report <br />on Storm Drainage, Water System and Sanitary Sewers for the City <br />of Redwood City," for $20.00, each. <br />b^� <br />4`J <br />C.j <br />
