RJC.ek 5/11/64-7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. `` �' <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING NOTICE FROM PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />COMMISSION STAFF OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS OR ADJUST- <br />MENTS TO SCHEDULES OR FARES OF PENINSULA TRANSIT <br />LINES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to re- <br />quest the staff of the Public Utilities Commission to notify the <br />City of Redwood City of any request received from the Peninsula <br />Transit Lines for route, schedule, or fare changes, affecting <br />its bus transportation service in the City of Redwood City, in <br />order that the City may be in a position to investigate and <br />evaluate the same and report its findings to the Public Utilities <br />Commission, prior to the effective date of any such proposed <br />change. <br />C <br />
