1. That the abovementioned proposed agreement entitled <br />"Agreement, Improvement District Financing," by and between the <br />City of Redwood City and Leslie Properties, Inc., copy of which <br />agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated <br />herein as if fully set forth herein verbatim, be and the same is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br />execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />2. Resolution No. 4278, adopted May 4, 1964, entitled <br />"Resolution Approving and Authorizing Execution of Agreement for <br />Financing and Preliminary Incidental Expenses in Connection with <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64," is hereby <br />repealed. <br />* * t <br />
