IT IS FURTHERRESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: (1) All of said acquisitions, work and improvements are to be constructed at the places and in the manner and to the lines, grades and elevations as shown upon the plans, profiles, and specifications made therefor and on file in the office of the City Engineer of Redwood City.
