REG:yc:4/30/64-7 RE S GLUT I ON N O. 4282 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR REAL PROPERTY APPRAISALS AND NEGOTIATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH HAWES COURT IMPROVEMENTS, ORCHARD AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, AND 1964 ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, public interest and necessity require the improve- ment of the following projects in the City of Redwood City: (a) Hawes Court Improvements; (b) orchard Avenue Improvements; (c) 1964 Alley Improvements; and WHEREAS, in connection with such projects, it is necessary for the City to acquire certain real property interests from property owners abutting the above mentioned projects; and WHEREAS, Marvin Casalina & Co., 3657 Grand Avenue, Oakland, California, is skilled in the preparation of appraisals and in the conducting of negotiations for right of way purposes and this Council wishes to enter into an agreement for such services; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Right of Way Appraisal and Acquisition," by and between the City of Redwood City and Marvin Casalina & Co., copy of which is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City.
