That the abovementioned proposed agreement entitled "Agreement, <br />Improvement District Financing," by and between the City of Redwood <br />City and Leslie Properties, Inc., copy of which agreement is attached <br />hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully set <br />forth herein verbatim, be and the same is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the same for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
