REG:yc:4/22/64-7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br />4 12 7'W <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BAY ROAD BETWEEN WILLOW <br />STREET AND CHESTNUT STREET, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />plans and specifications for the improvement of Bay Road from <br />Willow Street to Chestnut Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "General Specifi- <br />cations and Special Provisions for the Construction of Bay Road <br />Improvements - Willow Street to Chestnut Street - M.C.S. Project <br />94 - in the City of Redwood City, California," prepared by the <br />City Engineer and on file in the office of the City Engineer, <br />are hereby approved. <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Bay Road Improvements, <br />Willow Street to Chestnut Street, M.C.S. Project 94," prepared <br />by the City Engineer and on file in the office of the City <br />Engineer, are hereby approved. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ad- <br />vertise for bids for the construction of said improvements, in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, said adver- <br />tisement to be in the form of that certain Notice to Contractors <br />set forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br />
