2. That no improvement shall be erected, placed, altered <br />or reconstructed within the plan line area except as provided by <br />Section 31.11 of Ordinance No. 600 during the effective period <br />of the adopted plan lines. <br />3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record the plan <br />lines hereby adopted and shall transmit copies to the Building, <br />Engineering and Planning Departments. <br />4. That the Planning Department is hereby directed to main- <br />tain a copy of the plan lines available for public inspection. <br />-2- <br />
