5. That Robert H. Bury, Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner <br />and Herbert G. Peterson received the highest number of votes <br />given for said office of Councilman, and Robert H. Bury, Floyd <br />D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner and Herbert G. Peterson were thereby <br />elected Councilmen for the fullterm. of four (4) years, and the <br />City Clerk is hereby authorized to sign and deliver to said <br />Robert H. Bury, Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner and Herbert <br />G. Peterson a Certificate of Election and to administer to each <br />of said persons the Oath of Office prescribed in the Constitution <br />of the State of California. <br />
