10. Permittee, in consideration of the revocable permission <br />herein granted, shall, prior to exercising any permission or <br />rights herein given to it, accept in writing and file with the <br />City Manager its acceptance of the foregoing conditions, terms <br />and/or restrictions and any and all obligations, liabilities and/or <br />duties herein in this resolution imposed upon Permittee, and shall <br />further agree in writing to perform and do any and all things <br />required of it by this resolution as a condition to and in con- <br />sideration of the revocable permission herein granted. <br />A C C E P T A N C E <br />In consideration of the granting to it by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City of that certain revocable permit as <br />contained in Resolution No. , adopted by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City on the day of , <br />1964, San Francisco Bay Girl Scout Council, Inc., its successors <br />and/or assigns, hereby accepts the conditions and obligations <br />upon which the foregoing permit is granted, and agrees to carry <br />out and perform each and all of said conditions and obligations <br />therein mentioned. <br />SAN FRANCISCO BAY GIRL SCOUT <br />COUNCIL, INC. <br />By <br />Dated: , 1964.('y�� Q� <br />r r i <br />ME <br />
