3. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Robert <br />Lippi, doing business as Lippi Construction Company, is hereby <br />waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 4/9/64) between <br />the City of Redwood City and Robert Lippi, doing business as <br />Lippi Construction Company, for the performance of said work in <br />accordance with the above mentioned plans and specifications <br />and in accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a copy of <br />which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk, upon and after the execution of the <br />agreement authorized in paragraph 4 hereof by the successful <br />bidder, is hereby authorized and directed to return to each bidder <br />to whom award has not been made, the bidder's bond or bidder's <br />security furnished by such unsuccessful bidder to the City. <br />-2- <br />
