facilities and control, recording or metering systems; <br />(d) water distribution system works, including service mains, <br />valves, fire hydrants, meters, services to property lines and <br />appurtenant facilities; (e) lands, rights-of-way and easements <br />for any or all of said works; and (f) other works, property <br />or structures necessary or convenient for said project. <br />g.
