costs and expenses thereof, subject to the limitations <br />specified in Section 609 of the Ordinance. At said hearing <br />the Council shall exclude from the proposed district any terri- <br />tory that in its opinion would not be benefited by said projects <br />or any of them as finally determined and may add territory to <br />the proposed district, all subject to the requirements and <br />limitations of Sections 610, 611 and 612 of the Ordinance. <br />At the conclusion of said hearing and after making all necessary <br />and proper changes in the boundaries of the proposed district <br />or in said projects or any of them, the Council may by resolu- <br />tion determine that the public interest and convenience require <br />said projects and the formation of the proposed district, and <br />if it does so determine the Council will establish the proposed <br />district, fix and determine its boundaries and generally des- <br />cribe said projects as finally determined. <br />8. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the <br />City Clerk by publication of this resolution and by posting <br />and mailing of copies of this resolution, all in the manner pro- <br />vided by Chapter 4 of the Ordinance. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1964, by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Fields, Granger, Royer,_StehJe, Weymouth, <br />and 'Mice Mayor Herkner <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Rosselli <br />7 <br />
