Upon returning to the cannabis business’ premises, the delivery driver and <br />a manager shall reconcile the delivery manifest, delivery log, remaining <br />inventory, and all money received. <br />8. Prior to the close of business for the day, a manager shall ensure that all <br />delivery information is entered into the cannabis business’ records in <br />accordance with this Division. <br />9. Delivery drivers are not allowed to engage in other forms of commerce <br />using the delivery vehicle until all cannabis and/or cannabis products and <br />receipts from sales have been reconciled by the cannabis business at the <br />conclusion of the work period. <br />10. In addition to the delivery log and delivery manifest, every cannabis <br />business engaging in deliveries shall maintain detailed records of transfers <br />of cannabis and cannabis products in accordance with this Division. <br />11. Delivery Location Restrictions <br />a. A cannabis business shall not deliver cannabis or cannabis product to <br />any jurisdiction that prohibits deliveries. <br />Sec. 32.170 Fees and Charges <br />A. The City Manager or his or her designee is hereby authorized to charge and <br />collect from each cannabis business all fees associated with the permitting of <br />that cannabis business. Prior to operating in the City of Redwood City, each <br />cannabis business shall timely and fully pay all fees associated with the <br />permitting of that cannabis business. <br />B. All fees associated with the permitting of a cannabis business shall be as set <br />forth in the schedule of fees and charges established by resolution of the City <br />Council. <br />Sec. 32.171 Nursery Regulations <br />A. No cultivation at the nursery’s premises shall be visible with the naked eye <br />from any public or other private property, nor shall cannabis or cannabis <br />product be visible from the exterior of the nursery’s premises. <br />B. All areas devoted to cultivation shall be secured from public access by means <br />of a locked gate and any other security measures necessary to prevent <br />unauthorized entry. <br />C. Outdoor cannabis cultivation is prohibited within the City of Redwood City. <br />D. Every nursery shall maintain complete records regarding the amount of <br />cannabis clones, immature plants, seeds and other products used for the <br />propagation and cultivation of cannabis.
