EXHIBIT "A" <br />PROPOSED <br />ANNEXATION OF THE LANDS OF <br />KARTSIOUKAS TO THE OAK KNOLL <br />SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />750 HILLCREST DRIVE — APN 058- 271 -040 <br />Being a portion of Lot 4 in Block 22 as shown on that certain map entitled, "Oak Knoll Manor — <br />Redwood City, San Mateo Co. Cal." filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California on May 10, 1916, in Book 10 of maps at pages 4 through 11 inclusive, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northerly corner of that certain parcel of land described in the deed <br />recorded in San Mateo County Recorder's File No. 2005- 096787, Thence from said Point of <br />Beginning, southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said parcel and its southeasterly <br />prolongation 235 feet more or less to a point in the southerly line of Hillcrest Drive (40 feet in <br />width) as shown on said map; said point also being a point in the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance <br />District as established by Resolution No. 55668 passed and adopted on December 3, 1991; <br />Thence southwesterly along said line and district boundaries 41 feet more or less to an angle <br />point in said District; Thence leaving said District and continuing southwesterly along said <br />southerly line of Hillcrest Drive, 60 feet more or less to an angle point in said District as <br />established by Resolution No. 62197 passed and adopted August 18, 1998; Thence leaving said <br />District boundary northeasterly in a direct line across Hillcrest Drive 46 feet more or less to the <br />southerly corner of said parcel; Thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said parcel <br />195.55 feet to the westerly corner thereof, Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of <br />said parcel 77 feet to the Point of Beginning <br />Containing .42 acres more or less. <br />F: \USERS\ADMIN\DRAFTING \EXHIBITS\2005\Proposed Annexation Lands of Kartsioukas OKSMD.doe <br />
