Use of three meeting rooms: $25.00 per hour. (2) Use of kitchen: $15.00. (3) A $15.00 cleaning and maintenance deposit for each room shall be paid in advance, and all or a portion of said deposit may be refunded depending upon the amount of work required to clean up or set up said facilities. (4) Use of meeting rooms by persons or organizations requires an additional payment of forty per cent (40%) of the total fee if such use is for the benefit of non-residents of Redwood City. d. Group VI and VII Activities: (1) Use of single room, plus kitchen, $150.00 for four hours or less. Use of two rooms, plus kitchen, $225.00 for four hours or less. Use of three rooms, plus kitchen, $300.00 for four hours or less. (2) Use of tables and chairs for functions where such facili ties are required or requested (including, but not limited to, dinners where guests are seated, luncheons, wedding receptions, etc. ) - no charge for 50 or fewer persons; ten cents ($0.10) for every person using such facilities in excess of the first 50 persons. (3) Use of facilities by persons or organizations requires an additional payment of forty per cent (40%) of the total rental fee if such use is for the benefit of non-residents of Redwood City. (4) A $200.00 cleaning and maintenance deposit shall be paid in advance, and all or a portion of said deposit may be refunded depending upon the amount of work required to clean up or set up said facilities. e. Addi tional hours for catering time beyond six hours will be $50.00 per hour for three rooms; $37.50 per hour for two rooms and $25.00 per hour for one room. f. Group II, III, IV, V, VI, and VII Activities: All fees and charges must be paid two weeks in advance prior to the activity. 2 11294
