Addendum: The City Council finds and determines that the Addendum has <br />been adopted by separate resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 4. Based on the facts in the staff report, written and oral testimony, and evidence <br />presented, the City Council finds the Zoning Ordinance Amendment to be in the public interest <br />and in conformance with the General Plan and the goals and objectives of Article 41 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Council of the City of Redwood City hereby amends the Zoning <br />Ordinance, as set forth in Exhibit A as follows (amended Articles include added text shown in <br />underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout (example)): <br /> <br />a. Amend Article 2, Definitions to add the definition of “Marina” <br /> <br />b. Amend Section 3.1 of Article 3, Designation of Districts <br /> <br />c. Amend Section 30.4 of Article 30, Off-Street Parking and Loading <br /> <br />d. Add Article 57 in its entirety to establish a Mixed Use Waterfront District <br /> <br />Section 6. If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any <br />reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion or <br />sections of the Ordinance. The City Council of the City of Redwood City hereby declares that it <br />would have adopted the Ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase <br />thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or <br />phrases be declared unconstitutional. <br /> <br />Section 7. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with applicable law <br /> <br />Section 8.
