<br />OAK #4843-3885-9090 v10 Exhibit H-2 <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.094/STRADA DOCKTOWN DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />REV: 05-03-18 PR <br />Page 89 of 93 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT H <br /> <br />WATER TANK SITE LOCATIONS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The following tasks shall be undertaken prior to the Water Tank's relocation: <br /> <br />• Photo documentation of the Water Tank shall be completed prior to its removal from the <br />project site. The photography shall be done to Historic American Building Survey-like <br />standards. The photo documentation shall be filed with the Redwood City Public Library <br />History Room/Vollmayer Archives. <br /> <br />• A qualified preservation architect and structural engineer/contractor shall prepare a <br />Relocation Plan that:(1) describes the specific approach to dismantling the metal tank from <br />the wood base, and any other portions of the tank; (2) describes how the receiver location <br />will be prepared to accept the tank, including but not limited to grading and construction <br />of the foundation; proposed travel route from the existing location to the new location; (3) <br />delineates the historic features of the tank, specifying features that cannot be repaired, are <br />deteriorated or damaged beyond repair; and (4) describes a permanent commemorative <br />photographic display to be incorporated in the relocated Water Tank. <br />6.4.B. - Page 114
