The first level of parking is <br />currently shown to be at the ground level and no longer depressed. The conclusions and <br />recommendations presented herein are thus based on our understanding of the currently <br />proposed development, the review of the subsurface conditions revealed by the soil borings and <br />CPTs advanced as a part of our investigation, the results of our laboratory tests, and our <br />engineering analysis. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to assist you on this project.
