Creek Adjacency <br />•No study of elevations of adjacent waterways, or rise and fall of water levels of the creek <br /> <br />•“Narrow” buffer zone of 20 feet horizontal distance from edge of parking lot to the creek <br /> <br />•No meaningful study of the vertical separation elevations between the proposed grade of the <br />parking lot and the creek <br /> <br />•“It is our opinion that the small horizonal and vertical “buffer” may be inadequate to properly <br />isolate the project from the creek” <br /> <br />•Study needed to assure that the Project will not adversely impact the water quality, flow or <br />safety of the creek from: <br />–Storm water surface flow and/or groundwater infiltration and potential connection <br />between the Project site and the creek <br />–Any negative impacts on Redwood Creek will immediately find their way into the nearby <br />San Francisco Bay <br /> <br /> <br />5
