Jorgenson <br /> <br />EASEMENT GRANT DEED AND QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br />(Relocation of Existing Easement) <br /> <br />1. Grant of Easement. For a valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, REDWOOD SHORES PROPERTIES, <br />a California general partnership ("Grantor"), does hereby grant to <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Grantee"), an easement over that certain <br />real property in the city of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />state of California, described and depicted in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />2. Quitclaim of Easement. The foregoing grant of <br />easement is made to effectuate a relocation of that certain <br />easement previously granted as Parcel II by Leslie Properties, <br />Inc., a California corporation, to G~antee pursuant to that certain <br />Grant of Easements, recorded on January 17, 1968, in Book 5419 at <br />Page 62, in the Official Records of San Mateo County, California <br />(the "Grant of Easements"). Accordingly, that certain real <br />property located in the City of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference is no longer encumbered by <br />Parcel II of the Grant of Easements. For a valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantee hereby expressly <br />quitclaims to Grantor any right, title and/or interest it may have <br />in and/or to the property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto. <br /> <br />11288 <br />
