<br />28015-09 <br /> <br />JHHW:SRC:brfbrf <br /> <br />04/04/90 <br /> <br />~ ~ ;:~i i r\~I\L <br /> <br />S9044 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 1 27 8 <br /> <br />MAY 07 1990 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER, ATTORNEYS AND UNDERWRITERS <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />Seaport Centre Assessment District <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Redwood City (the <br /> <br />"City"), County of San Mateo, California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council intends to undertake proceedings pursuant to appropriate <br /> <br />assessment and assessment bond acts for the acquisition and construction of public <br /> <br />improvements; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience will be served by appointing and <br /> <br />employing an engineer, attorneys and underwriters for the preparation and conduct of <br /> <br />the proceedings and the purchase of bonds; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE,IT IS ORDERED, as follows: H' .~ <br />1. That Curtis M. Luck, City Engineer ot the City, iiid?18ro~~d!; . , <br />Redwood City, California, 9401- is appointed as Engineer of Work and employed to do <br />and perform all engineering work necessary in and for the proceedings, including the <br /> <br />preparation of the requisite plans, specifications, maps and descriptions of easements, <br /> <br />estimate of costs, diagram and assessment, and that compensation therefor is hereby <br /> <br />fixed at a reasonable engineering fee for all of the engineering services, such fee to be <br /> <br />approved by this Council. <br /> <br />2. The Engineer of Work of this City is hereby directed to examine and approve <br /> <br />the engineering documents, and to provide inspection of the construction of the <br /> <br />improvements and to accept the work when it is satisfactorily completed. The cost of <br /> <br />the inspection shall be assessed as an incidental expense of the proceedings. <br />
