19. Sidewalk Installation and Repair -The project shall include anew 12' wide sidewalk along the project frontage of Veterans Boulevard. The existing sidewalk within the project frontage of Convention Way shall be repaired in accordance with Engineering Standard Detail C-11. [COA] [ENGINEERING] Fire and Safetv 20. Radio Coverage for Emergency Responders - All building and parking garages shall have approved radio coverage for emergency responders within the building. Upon completion of the building construction, a radio coverage test shall be conducted per the applicable codes and standards and if the test fails an Emergency Responders Radio Coverage System shall be installed. Sales and Use Taxes - Applicant shall use good faith efforts to register with the Board of Equalization to create an ID prior to project construction and operation. Hours of Construction - On -Site Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as permitted on weekends by the Building Official, and shall adhere to the City's Noise Ordinance. Construction Management and Staging - Prior to encroachment permit issuance, submit a construction parking management plan for the City's review and approval, which shall outline the number of construction workers by phase, phase duration, where parking will be located for each phase. Construction parking, material storage, equipment, or other construction -related uses are not allowed within the City right of way without prior approval from the City Engineer.
